Like a smart phone, Take-Along Tracker requires a data plan for connectivity to update its location on a map. This data plan includes your account on the MetAlert Monitoring Portal, Smart Locator App and alert notifications sent to you.

SOS Button
Take-Along Tracker features a button that sends a SMS text link to your phone number- telling you the date & time and location data of your device. Give Take-Along to a loved one or employee so they can check in or call for help with press of a button.
Wandering Alerts
Create geozones, circular perimeters, around the addresses. When Take-Along Tracker enters or exits these specified areas, the portal sends alerts via email & text. You can customize which caregivers receive which alerts, and you can pause some geozones while others are active.
Tracking Across the USA
Location Monitoring devices purchased in the U.S. will work across all 50 States and Territories in areas of cellular coverage.
Remote Access Monitoring
Use any computer, tablet or smartphone to view location history on a map.  You may share your login name and password to the MetAlert Monitoring Portal if you choose. Multiple users can log in at the same time!Â
