Shipping Policy
- Standard delivery – orders received before 3:00 PM PST ship out within 1-3 business days via regular USPS or UPS
- Two-Day Priority delivery – orders received before 3 PM (PST) ship that same Business Day via UPS or USPS Priority. Orders received After 3 pm will go out the following business day (orders received after 3:00 PM on Friday will ship on Monday.
- Two-Day delivery does NOT include Saturday / Sunday delivery.
- Los Angeles Curbside Pick Up available business hours Monday-Friday.
- Delivery speed is based on your proximity to our Southern California Processing Center; typically 1-4 business days in transit
- Tracking numbers will be emailed when the order has been processed. It is your responsibility to track your packages to ensure safe receipt of packages.
- We will assist you to file a missing package investigation with the mail carrier if your package is lost in transit & reship any orders lost in transit.
- MetAlert is not responsible for, and will not replace, orders that are stolen after successful delivery to the address you entered during check out. It is your responsibility to track your packages to ensure safe receipt of packages.
- Package tracking notifications, delivery updates & delivery scheduling or package holds are available with the mail carrier services.

- Shipping rates are posted in the details section after you press the “Buy” button for that item.
- We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska and other US Territories with an adjusted rate. Check out as usual to see rate.
- We do not ship internationally unless it is a wholesale order. Inquire info@metalert.com
